Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between Sentiments Clothing, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller,” and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the Sentiments Clothing website, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer.”
Any purchase made on the Sentiments Clothing website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Products
The products offered for sale by Sentiments Clothing are ready-to-wear garments for men.
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the Sentiments Clothing website.
The photographs illustrating the products are for reference only and are not contractually binding.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
The displayed price does not include shipping costs, which are specified during the order validation process.
Sentiments Clothing reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but commits to applying the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders
Customers may place orders through the Sentiments Clothing website.
An order becomes final only after payment validation by the Customer.
Sentiments Clothing reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in the case of unusually large quantities ordered by the same Customer.
5. Payment
Payments are made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other accepted payment method listed by Sentiments Clothing.
All payments are secure, and Sentiments Clothing does not store any of the Customer’s banking information.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the ordering process.
Estimated delivery times are indicated on the Sentiments Clothing website and may vary depending on the destination.
While Sentiments Clothing makes every effort to deliver orders within the indicated timeframe, it cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date of receipt of the products, during which they may cancel the purchase without justification or penalty.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
8. Warranty
Products sold by Sentiments Clothing are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.
9. Liability
Sentiments Clothing shall not be held liable for any non-performance or improper performance of the contract resulting from:
the Customer’s own actions,
an unforeseeable or unavoidable act of a third party, or
a force majeure event.
10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to first contact Sentiments Clothing’s customer service to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted them in full and without reservation.
